My name is Denise, and I have always held a special place in my heart for the wonderful world of baking.
As a child, I would watch my mom decorate cakes and was in awe of the beauty and detail of each design.
I love baking and creating something new in my kitchen.
There is something truly magical about creating a masterpiece for the taste buds!
Elora Atelier became the manifestation of my dedication and creativity, where each cupcake tells a story, and each frosting swirl is a labor of love.

How much notice do I need to give when placing an order?
We require at least a 2-week notice for all orders
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is required for all orders. A 50 % deposit is due at the time of order, and final payment is due 1 week before the delivery date. Orders will not be made until the final payment is made.
What is your refund policy?
Life happens, and we understand when you need to cancel an order. Please call /email to cancel your order as soon as possible, but no later than 72 hours after an order has been placed. A full refund will be provided.
Cancellations after 72 hours: refunds will be given minus the 50% deposit. After 72 hours, the items for your order will have been purchased, and production scheduling will have been established.

Why don't we do licensed orders?
Legal: Using copyrighted or trademarked characters without permission can expose both our shop and our customers to legal challenges. Licensing agreements often require specific approvals and fees.
We will not duplicate another cake artist’s design. We respect the creativity, time, and love put into another artist’s designs.
Are you an allergy-free bakery, or do you offer allergy-free items?
Elora Atelier is not an allergy-free bakery. All cakes, cookies, and cupcakes are created/used by the same equipment. Please let us know if there are any allergies BEFORE ordering.
Where are you located?
We are located in Texas.
Do you offer pickup or delivery?
Pick up is available by appointment only.
Delivery is only available locally. We deliver to Round Rock, Austin, Plugerville, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Leander.
